Mr. Spinkelink is a founding member of Tri-Core Surveying, LLC and has 20 years of survey experience in Southern Nevada. As a project Manager, Mr. Spinkelink will be the primary contact with the client regarding staking requests and construction services. His responsibilities include the direction, training, scheduling and supervision of all survey staff performing construction staking services. His local experience includes master planned communities, residential developments, commercial developments, roadways projects, airports, railroads, pipelines, and drainage projects.
Mr. Kremer is a founding member of Tri-Core Surveying, LLC and has over 25 years of survey experience in Southern Nevada. He has extensive experience performing boundary surveys, design surveys and construction staking surveys for public works and private land development projects.
Mr. Kremer is responsible for the direction, training, scheduling and supervision of all survey field personnel utilizing the Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment and conventional survey instruments. He is responsible for project cost analysis, contract negotiations, project progress meetings and effectively coordinates with the client representatives and clients subcontractors to achieve the client’s objectives.
Mr. Foley is a founding member of Tri-Core Surveying, LLC and has over 14 years of progressive surveying experience in Southern Nevada. He has extensive experience performing boundary surveys, design surveys and photogrammetric control utilizing GPS and conventional survey methods for public works and land development projects. For the past 5 years he has served as Project Manager responsible for data reduction and the review/preparation of all types of mapping services.
Mr. Foley is responsible for the review of field data and the direction of survey crews conducting cadastral retracement, alignment, boundary, topographic and design surveys and the review and preparation of mapping products associated with the project such as: record of surveys, BLM and record utility research, record document and ownership research, right-of-way maps, encumbrance maps, legal descriptions and exhibits.
